OSH Operational Procedures

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) has issued operational policies to clarify the role of trained health and safety reps, hazard notices and infringement notices under the Health and Safety in Employment (HSE) Act. These can be downloaded below.

OSH guidelines have also been issued to make it clear that it is the elected Health and Safety Representative who has the choice of which approved course they attend during their annual two day training leave entitlement.
